As Managing Director, Nanda leads the team in executing the strategic direction for APTE’s accounting, tax and advisory services. Nanda also plays a key role in driving new business development and growth across the firm, focusing on the ongoing delivery of quality and value to clients.

Nanda is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as CPA from CPA Australia. He is also qualified as Tax Agent as per Australian Tax Practitioners’ Board.

He founded APTE in 2015 with small client base having significant past experience with Big 4 in overseas and multinational large Oil & Gas and mining industries in Australia., His experience is widely spread over auditing, taxation, international taxation, management reporting, financial/statutory reporting and business consulting.

He guided the firm on a path of positive growth underpinned by a number of expansions, including into new services lines and overseas locations, such as India.

APTE engages Graeme V. Wovodich CPA, IPA, for the review and signing off of audits conducted before submission to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). With 34 years of audit experience, Graeme is the sole owner of Carlton & Partners Co and has a robust background with Arthur Andersen, the world’s largest auditing firm at the time.
Graeme has also served as an Audit Director at a large mid-tier accounting firm and as Managing Director for listed companies on the ASX. His extensive expertise includes auditing listed public companies, conducting investigations for prospectuses of ASX-listed companies, and serving clients in the mining sector, large private companies, and significant not-for-profit organizations. His portfolio also spans diverse industries, including retirement homes, reflecting his broad experience across various organizational types and sectors.
